"Savanna" from the cycle Africa

I started this painting as the first one from
the cycle 'Africa'.
it's going to be a series of four oils (why not more :)),
depicting some of the most popular savanna animals.
Lovely savanna nature is really amazing in its unique colours
and shapes. I really hope I'll succeed in re-creating it.

This is a beautiful picture,embodies everything about elephants and their gentle maternal instinct to the young.Great pose,great colours,great picture.
